Resin airtight zipper is a new professional product with excellent airtight performance. It is composed of high-strength TPU bag tape and high-strength zipper teeth made of special TPU materials. The zipper teeth are tightly attached to both sides of the belt. When the zipper is closed, the cloth belts between the teeth of the zipper are compressed to form an effective and reliable airtight structure. This kind of zipper is soft and light, it pulls smoothly, and also has excellent air-tight performance.

Test Method:

1. Lateral breaking strength of meshed chain testing method is to section of the zipper not less than 60mm and nip 25mm from the section. The distance from top to chain element should not exceed 10mm and the

slide velocity should be 110mm/min.

2. Reciprocating tests require the zipper length within 100cm and slide velocity within 10-15m/min.
